Dr. Sunny Chai Represented Cma As The Speaker For Wwf Ceo Leadership Forum Transforming Hong Kong - Low Carbon Economy And Green Jobs

WWF has conducted a survey to study more than 150 companies in Hong Kong concerning their green policies in the offices as well as the proportion of green positions in their companies. This aims to understand the green movement among business corporations and green industries. Reference will be made to the international experience in promoting low carbon economy in order to identify the policy gap and explore the needs for new governmental policies. The green business opportunities should be one of the key drivers for future economic growth for Hong Kong, creating additional job employment and technology transfer.
Dr. Sunny Chai, as the Chairman of Sustainable Development Committee, represented CMA to share the environmental programs organized and his comments on the low carbon business and green jobs for Hong Kong.
